Crisp Natural Plant Fiber Trays are the ideal BPI Certified compostable, recyclable, and PFAS-free solution for your cold chain packaging needs.
Crafted from plant-based pulp, these trays offer both sturdiness and sustainability. They feature water-collecting grooves on the base and an option to add glue-free compostable blotting paper using a thermal ultrasonic welding process.
These sturdy and moisture-resistant trays are a great sustainable packaging alternative for diverse food types and storage conditions.

WATER BASED COATING
If you have additional need for moisture resistance, we offer a water-based coating for our Crisp Natural Plant Fiber Trays which creates an effective barrier to water and other liquids. This coating is also 100% compostable and is suitable for water-chilled poultry products.

HIGH HEAT LAMINATION
For foods that are served hot or that your customers will want to reheat in the microwave or oven, we have a high heat resistant lamination available to add to our Natural Plant Fiber trays, as well as to other plant fiber product forms such as containers.

Our laminated products outperform plastic products in quality and sustainability, while reducing plastic usage by 90%. Lid and sealing options are sold separately.
CRISP VACUUM SKIN TRAYS
Our skin packaging trays leverage vacuum seal technology to remove oxygen and other gases in order to reduce food oxidation and bacterial growth, preserving a product’s freshness and extending its shelf life.
Applicable for meats, poultry, seafood and produce.
Vacuum skin packaging is anti-leak, and displays your products in a way that highlights their premium, appetite-inducing qualities!
Our Crisp Vacuum Skin Packaging Trays are available in 2 different base tray materials, with an added liner compatible with standard skin packaging seals, drastically reducing the plastic content in our products as compared with traditional plastic options:
Paper: Fully printable for a custom-branded option.
Fiber: A great option for added rigidity. Can be embossed for branding purposes.
CRISP MAP PAPER TRAYS
Crisp MAP paper trays inhibit the growth of bacteria by injecting inert gas CO2 or N2 to ensure food freshness. These trays are made with a sustainable paper base and a high barrier film.
They are top-sealable (seal not included) and perfect for all kinds of fresh food, ready-to-eat meals and more.
From a performance perspective, the edges of the paper tray are flattened in a way that enables it to withstand more pressure than many other paper alternatives. Our approach to customization allows us to easily adapt the shape and size of our MAP trays to work with your existing equipment.
